The owner lives on the ground floor and the first floor. The entire second floor is designated for co-housing. There are three individual bedrooms, one of which is used by the daughter of the house, who otherwise uses the common areas downstairs. For the remaining two rooms, there is a living space with a seating area, dining area, and kitchenette.
Personal space
There is a slightly larger and a slightly smaller room available. The larger of the two is located right next to the shared shower room. The smaller one is located right next to the living area, meaning you might use the room only for sleeping and use another part of the common area.

A 55-year-old mother with her 20-year-old daughter. Their living space is on the ground floor. The mother's bedroom, bathroom, and workspace are on the first floor. The daughter also uses the bathroom here. The daughter's bedroom is on the second floor, adjacent to the kitchen of the common area for the co-housers.

There are two rooms available from August 10, 2026. One is rented for €410 and the other for €440. The future residents of these rooms will share a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. The larger common area has a kitchenette, a dining table with four chairs, and a seating area.
The nearest campuses are those of the UA, Drie Eiken, and Groenenborger. There is space in the garage or on the driveway to park bicycles.
Access
There are several trams and buses that stop nearby and provide very good connections to the city center or to train stations; for example, the Mortsel Deurnestraat station is close by, but the Oude God station is also within walking distance.
