With Find a Cohouse we want to contribute to this by offering a user-friendly platform on which places of communal living can be made available.
This is only possible in a reliable way if each user uses Find a Cohouse for the intended purposes and in accordance with the proposed rules of play, as included in these Terms of Use.

- Receiving newsletters and service-related communications from Find a Cohouse.

The password used to log in is personal and confidential. It is not traceable by us.
Only the user is responsible for the activity performed with his p password.
It is therefore recommended not to pass this password to third parties.
In the following situations, we reserve the right to unilaterally deny access or delete an account:
- When violating the terms of use
- When using his personal account for personal and/or paid marketing purposes, or illegalities
- When spamming other users
- When publishing false offers
- When communicating in any way that may damage the reputation of Find a Cohouse
- When infringing on intellectual rights of third parties

The user guarantees that any content he publishes on the Website is correct, clear, unambiguous and entered in the fields provided for that purpose.
On the Website, we also always communicate and act in a respectful manner according to ethical values and good standards.
To guard the quality of the Website, and prevent abuse, it is mandatory to add at least 5 photos to each offer (with a clear and explicit representation of the offered place and with a good resolution). Find a Cohouse reserves the right to remove photos that do not comply with this requirement.

With this platform, we focus on cohabitation projects. Entry of an offer is only possible if there is a clear link to a cohabitation form or project. Offers that do not comply with this requirement will be removed from the Website.
The provider of a co-living place is responsible for ensuring that its offer complies with Belgian, Flemish and municipal regulations regarding housing and rental. It is his duty to comply with the necessary licenses and permits. Since these may differ per municipality, we always advise you to contact the municipality or city concerned.
In the following cases, Find a Cohouse has the right to deactivate or remove content without any compensation or liability:
- The content violates the terms of use
- The content refers to a place to live that is already rented or in use
- The content refers to an incorrect address or an address of another place to live
- The content contains misleading or illegal information
- By posting content on the Website, the user grants and warrants to Find a Cohouse the right to use and publish such content and hereby grants a free, worldwide, non-exclusive, transferable license to Find a Cohouse to use, publish and reproduce the content as part of its operation and its own promotion.
Liability
We ensure, to the extent possible, that the Terms of Use are complied with and the use of the Website can be made in a safe and proper manner.
Find a Cohouse can under no circumstances be held liable for damages and/or losses arising from its use.
Also, Find a Cohouse cannot be held liable in any way for the accuracy and legality of users' content, nor for the quality or legal compliance of
the places published.
We also strongly advise not to confirm any decision or payment before verifying the correctness and availability of the content yourself, nor without having a legal rental agreement.
Find a Cohouse is also not liable for the quality and correctness of third-party websites accessed by the user through hyperlinks. Only the operators of the websites concerned are responsible for compliance with laws and regulations.

Applicable law and competent court
