Cozy L-shaped living room with dining table, lounge (2x2seater), fireplace, and TV. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove with electric oven, combination microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and dishwasher. 2 sinks with a cooker and an espresso machine. There is also an extra freezer with 5 drawers in the garage/workshop, where the washing machine and dryer are also located. There is an additional drinks fridge in the veranda. Supplies can easily be stored in the cellar and a very spacious attic for potential storage. A large workshop where you can always tinker or let your creative spirit run free. There is space for a bicycle at the entrance, and there is always parking available in front of the house. Central heating is provided throughout with smart radiator valves that can control each room separately. There is a cloakroom and a toilet in the entrance hall. On the first floor are my bedroom and yours, an office, and the bathroom. Above that is the attic, which can be reached via a folding ladder.
Personal space
A bedroom at the back of the house on the first floor with a very spacious built-in wardrobe. The other room is currently being renovated, and it is possible to switch after the work is completed. A home office is also an option.
