Welcome to Cyclo Casa! 🌱 A calm but social international home in a characterful townhouse from 1911 in Gentbrugge, with a shared kitchen, living room and garden.
You'll live with five housemates: Marcos, Swiss, working in IT; Viktor, Greek, an architect; Alex, Spanish, working in hospitality; Yousef, Palestinian, working in logistics and enjoying haircutting in his spare time; and another new housemate yet to confirm.
We mainly speak English. Everyone has their own life, with spontaneous conversations and some shared moments. We value consideration, clear communication and shared responsibility for the house.
No pets, due to allergies and hygiene.
The house is old but comfortable. One practical detail: the bathroom ceiling is a little low.
Personal space
A tiny, cozy attic room with a newly installed window, shutter and curtain. It's at the top of the house, so you'll need to be comfortable with stairs!
There may also be an option to rent the entire attic floor, including a second, smaller room that we may not need for our own use. Availability, use of the extra room and the price would be agreed beforehand. This is not a separate apartment: the kitchen, bathroom and living spaces remain shared.
We prefer a longer-term housemate. Official address registration is possible for longer-term stays.
