We’re looking for a considerate, independent housemate who wants a calm, friendly home rather than a party house.

You communicate openly, respect other people’s space and daily rhythms, and take responsibility for keeping shared areas clean. Working people and students are welcome, provided this way of living suits you.

We mainly speak English and prefer someone looking for a longer-term stay. You’re welcome to join spontaneous conversations and occasional shared moments, without any pressure to do everything together.

The attic room is tiny and at the top of the house, so being comfortable with stairs and a compact private space is important.

Normally, you have all the attic space for you, you could possibly use also the second tiny attic room.

You’ll share the house with five international housemates:

Marcos, Swiss, works in IT.
Viktor, Greek, is an architect.
Alex, Spanish, works in hospitality.
Yousef, Palestinian, works in logistics and enjoys cutting hair in his spare time.
Anzelika, Brazilian, is a student.

Everyone has their own schedule and independent life. We mainly speak English together and value a calm home, respectful communication and consideration for each other.

A professional cleaner comes once a week, while housemates also share responsibility for keeping communal spaces clean between visits.

Calm, friendly and international. Cyclo Casa is a shared home, not a party house.

We enjoy spontaneous conversations in the kitchen and occasional shared moments, while respecting everyone’s privacy and independence. There’s no expectation to organise your social life around the household.

The shared kitchen, living room and garden offer space to spend time together when people feel like it.

Extra toelichting over prijs of contract

The attic room costs €498 per month + €42 in shared costs.
A €920 deposit is payable when signing the contract.

We prefer a longer-term stay. Official address registration is possible.

You would normally have the attic floor to yourself. Use of the second, smaller attic room may be possible, with the conditions and any price adjustment agreed beforehand.

A future rent reduction may be discussed in exchange for an agreed contribution to house maintenance or organisation.
