Very sunny and quiet room, nice view of the terrace and the garden. Single bed, small desk, extra storage space on the landing. Washer and dryer available for use in our garage by arrangement. COMMON AREA: WC/shower room upstairs for the co-housers. Two showers provided. Furnished kitchen downstairs. Front and back garden. Plenty of free parking in front of the door in a safe, green cul-de-sac. Bicycle storage. Supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy nearby. The property is located in a super quiet neighborhood with a nice front and large back garden, 2 south-facing terraces, perfect for enjoying the nice weather. Accessible by public transport, but also easy to get to Ghent city centre by bike (approx. 8 km).
