We are still looking for a cheerful, upbeat housemate. Age is not really important. Youthful at heart is!! Understanding and respectful towards others. Absolute dog lover, reasonably neat and tidy. Social engagement and dry humor are highly appreciated. Stable income preferred. Cost €420 / month / All-inclusive with reasonable and normal usage. (2 months rental deposit.) Smoking is allowed outside. I, Wim, am retired, an active over-60s, and the owner of the house. A nature and dog lover. Two adorable miniature Schnauzers in the house. I enjoy going to smaller performances, shows, and exhibitions. Crazy about camping with the little caravan. My girlfriend Karen is here regularly but does not live here. Andy, 55 years young, super quiet and calm, and a real handyman besides, lives in the large front room.

We love a warm, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere at home. Nothing has to be done together, but we think cooking together would be fun, for example. (No, we are not vegetarians.)
