The house is located in Heverlee, close to Gathuisberg (1km) and IMEC (2km). There is a bus stop at 100m with connections straight into Leuven city centre and train station.
On the ground floor there is a hall leading to an open, fully equipped kitchen with a big island, a spacious dining area and a view to the garden. The garage offers parking to your bike, scooter, or motorcycle, and storage for groceries.
For cars, there is parking space in front of the house.
On the first floor there its a common living area with a view to the countryside behind the house, and your studio behind a sliding door: separate toilet, a bathroom with bath, shower, and two basins, and a large bedroom.
For long term storage, an attic is available as well.

The studio is spacious and has its own toilet and separate bathroom with bath, shower, and two basins. It is located on the street side of the house and has big windows that take in a lot of light. There are ample electrical outlets and a separate Ethernet/Coax outlet.
The entire wall and ceiling surface has been repainted last July in pastel green.
