Hello I am looking for a cohouser (m/f). The property is located in the warm and cozy Zomergem (Lievegem), within walking distance of the center and about 12 km from Ghent. The house features a spacious living room and kitchen, and on the first floor, 2 large rooms and 1 smaller one that can be used as a dressing room. The bathroom is equipped with a double sink, shower, and bathtub. There is 1 large room available that can also be set up as a kind of studio. The garage is used as a large storage space; parking is available on the driveway. Outside, there is a large garden and terrace.

So, as previously indicated, the private room can already be set up as a studio. There is already enough space, and the dressing room can also be shared.
