You are a discreet and reliable person with a calm personality, working or studying with your own income. It would be nice to have someone professionally active in the music, dance, film, literature, or creative world, just like me. Age is not important, but humor is. You will be living with a helpful, open-minded, and calm person, an omnivore and non-smoker. For you, privately: two bedrooms separate office space private bathroom with bathtub/shower/toilet/sink. The rest of this large house is shared; there is plenty of breathing space and privacy. It is a pleasant and quiet place to live, with South of France vibes! Unlike other co-housing options, there is plenty of space and privacy, and you share a large house with only one other person. I am a professional musician myself; my workspace and recording studio are separate from the house, where I can work undisturbed (also for you). We aim for a simple, clear agreement, one fixed amount, all-in. (rent, utilities, heating, gas, water, electricity, internet, TV, fire insurance, ...). Also keep in mind that you do not need anything in terms of furniture, kitchenware, or household appliances (washing machine, vacuum cleaner, ...). Everything is here for you except for a bed! If you are attached to your own furniture, mine will go into storage; I don't care, do your own thing. Short-term stays are no problem. The house is detached and has private parking. Quietly situated, lots of light, lots of greenery, garden, terrace. Spacious entrance hall, large living room, kitchen with island and all modern conveniences (dishwasher, oven, microwave), and separate pantry. Wooden floors and parquet. The garage is used as a fitness/sports room. Central heating throughout. Toilet upstairs and downstairs. Two bathrooms. Telenet Wi-Fi + TV. Washing machine available, plants too.
