Additional information about price or contract

The monthly contribution for the private area is 400 euros. An additional 50 euros is added for the advance payment for utilities such as gas, electricity, water, and internet. Because the house is undergoing renovation, it is always possible to pay slightly less if you actively help with odd jobs and finishing touches. We can look into a discount of 50 to 100 euros per month in exchange for your support with the work. Regarding the price and the contract, we work with a clear agreement to establish the terms and expectations. Registration at the address is required, as this legally becomes your primary residence. We would be happy to discuss the details in person to ensure everyone is on the same page.
