It is only a matter of time that you live with the deux fils. Le plus jeune, Milo (19 ans), vient encore régulièrement passer les weekends et les vacances chez nous. L'aîné, Toska, vivra encore à la maison de septembre à novembre cette année en raison d'un stage à Bruxelles, mais par ailleurs il habite à Ghent.
You will continue to enjoy your music (saxophone and piano – and the sound, the saxophone is still alive, but you will always be able to prepare your own arrangement ;) and your journey in a saxophone repair workshop.
You are attached to the principles and the environment, but you are always optimistic and confident that you will be able to choose the best possible way. My name is Nicole, I'm 52 (although that sounds older than I really am ;)
This is the house where I raised my two sons. The youngest, Milo (19), still stays here regularly at weekends and during the holidays. The eldest, Toska, will be living at home from September to November this year because of an internship in Brussels, but otherwise lives in Ghent.
I enjoy walking in the woods, playing music (saxophone and piano – and yes, the saxophone is loud, but I'm certainly open to making arrangements about this ;) and I'm setting up a saxophone repair workshop.
I'm fairly principled and environmentally minded, but not bitter; rather hopeful and convinced that we should make the best possible choices in life. Sharing my home is an example of this, but so are cycling, eating vegetarian/vegan food, not flying, preferring second-hand items, ...

You create an ensemble with a positive ambiance, respectful and joyful, you are always present, but you also have moments during the ensemble, which is the way to go.

The quality of the heating (45), the electricity (20) and the water (20) are the basis for the regularization of the année. Les 25 restants correspondent au netyage hebdomadaire des parties communes, donc pas de ta chamber personnelle !
The insurance policy rests with your name and your access to the Internet and Netflix.

The costs for heating (45), electricity (20) and water (20) are advance payments that will be settled annually. The remaining 25 is for weekly cleaning of the communal areas – not your own room!
The fire insurance remains in my name, and I can share the internet and Netflix.
