A three-sided house with a small front garden and a rear terrace, located on a quiet street within walking distance of the train, tram, bus, and forest.
There are 2 beautiful, spacious rooms available, +/-25m2 each, starting in May/June for a first cohousing experiment.
The kitchen, living room, 2 toilets, and small bathroom are shared.
I have 2 cats and a dog!!! (Therefore, other animals are unfortunately not welcome)
Personal space
Both rooms are beautiful and situated on a corner (one above the other) of the house. They have large windows, providing plenty of light (even more upstairs than downstairs). The room can be (partially) furnished upon consultation.
In any case, I will be installing a new floor for extra sound insulation.
What can you expect in terms of cleanliness?
A cozy space with some clutter every now and then.

My name is Nicole, I am 52 (but that sounds older than I really am ;)
This is the house where I raised my 2 sons. The youngest, Milo (19), still stays regularly on weekends/holidays. The oldest, Toska, will still be living at home from September to November this year due to an internship in Brussels, but is otherwise completely independent.
I enjoy walking in the woods, playing music (saxophone and piano - and yes, the sax is loud but I am certainly open to making agreements about this ;) and I am building up a saxophone repair workshop.
I am reasonably principled and ecologically minded, but not bitter; rather, I am hopeful and convinced that we must make the best possible choices in life. Sharing my home is an example of this, but also cycling, eating vegetarian/vegan food, not flying, a preference for second-hand items, ...

The costs for heating (45), electricity (20) and water (20) are advance payments that will be settled annually. The remaining 25 is for weekly cleaning of the common areas, so not your own room!
Fire insurance remains in my name and I can share internet and Netflix.
As it stands, the rental is for a maximum of 2 years.
