Located in the green Vierseldijk next to the Hovorst estate (wooded area), lies the Brouwershuis, a neoclassical townhouse. The house borders the Oude Brouwerij (a place where people seek peace and reflection). The Brouwershuis serves as a community house where 3 people each have their own room and share the rest of the house. We are looking for a new resident. We are looking for a quiet person who does not smoke indoors and enjoys making the house a cozy home together with the other residents. In addition to your own room, there is a spacious sitting room (5.20 x 4.80 m) and a bathroom (3.60 x 2.70 m) with a bathtub/shower, sink, and toilet. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room (4.80 x 8.80 m) with a wood-burning stove, a kitchen, laundry room, covered terrace, courtyard, and storage. Central heating is gas-fired. There is also a wood-burning stove in the living room.
