Ochtendgloren is a fully renovated house sitting on 14 hectares of Kempen nature: forest, a private lake (you can swim in, if you're not affraid of the swans), open terraces, and enough space to have your own life while sharing something truly beautiful.

This is not a hostel or hotel. This is a real home, with private rooms, generous shared spaces, and the kind of quiet that makes good work possible with respect for privacy but enough social connectivity.

🏡 The space
6 private rooms across three floors, each one different. Some overlook the lake. Some have an en-suite bathroom. Some are larger with more storage. The right room depends on you, and we'll figure that out together.

Short stays welcome — minimum 1 to 2 weeks.
Long-term residents get priority — the longer you stay, the better the rate.
