I live alone in a spacious and quiet home in Sint-Niklaas. The home features a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and separate toilet. There is sufficient living space for two people to live comfortably. The home is currently still quite simply furnished, as for a long time I was unsure whether I would stay in Belgium permanently. In the meantime, I have decided to build my life here. Therefore, I would like to furnish the home step by step and make it a pleasant home together. Peace, respect, and a pleasant atmosphere are important to me.
Personal space
The property currently has one bedroom, so there is no separate second bedroom available. I want to be completely transparent about this from the start. Therefore, this is not a classic room rental. For me, getting to know each other calmly is paramount first. Only when there is sufficient trust and a good connection on both sides will we explore together whether and how living together in this home can be arranged practically and pleasantly. Nothing needs to be rushed, and mutual comfort and privacy come first.
