We are looking for someone who
For us, the ideal match is paramount. First and foremost, we are looking for a fellow resident (preferably an organic care farmer) who has a genuine heart for this place and our mission. Someone who shares responsibility and understands what we are doing.
Although we ourselves live by certain principles — we do not drink, do not smoke, and eat vegetarian/vegan out of love for living animals — these are not rigid laws. If you are the right person and there is a real connection, those rules weigh less heavily than the right energy. We are looking for someone who lives life consciously; the rest will take shape through consultation.
Your role
You contribute to a domain where connection with nature is central, whether through the vegetable garden, caregiving, or workshops. We are looking for a practical go-getter who understands that a community revolves around human connection and care for the earth.

Something more about your co-residents
You share the estate with Tom and me, Ruben (44). We are both down-to-earth people who simultaneously guard a deep spiritual foundation.
Ruben: I am the driving force behind Soulpath vzw. My life is a combination of care and transformation; I work as a night supervisor in the autism sector and manage the green care facility on our estate. I am someone who likes to be present from his 'mature fatherly strength'. You will often find me outside, working with the elements or doing physical work, such as splitting wood. I have a quiet rhythm, love the silence, but also appreciate a good conversation about the essence of life.
Tom: Tom is our FireKeeper. He guards the fire and the energetic space on the site. He is an essential part of the stability here and, together with me, ensures the right atmosphere and foundation.
Our habits & rhythm:**
Tuesday as anchor: Every Tuesday afternoon we work together on the land with our care guests. For us, this is a sacred moment of shared work and joy. Silence and Connection: We place great value on a peaceful environment. Although we enjoy singing circles or a communal fire at the sweat lodge site, there is plenty of room for everyone's own path and privacy.
Conscious Living: We live a down-to-earth and conscious life. Although the human connection is more important to us than 'rules,' you won't often see us smoking or drinking. We love a pure place where the heart is allowed to speak.
We are looking for someone who, like us, seeks mastery in daily life and enjoys being part of a domain under development.
These things we like to do togther
The atmosphere on our estate is best described as 'truly being present'. There is plenty of room for spontaneity. Imagine a spot in the open air where we meet in the morning, in the first spring sun, with a cup of coffee. It is precisely at those moments that the most beautiful conversations and moments of enjoyment often arise.
We have a number of places where we naturally encounter each other:
The Table of Connection: On the grounds under the flex-tent, we find each other for a meal or a chat, without any obligation.
The Yurt: As a communal space, the yurt offers a warm, serene setting for both silence and shared moments.
Together on the Land: We maintain the vegetable garden, the grape greenhouse, and the estate together. We also help each other where necessary during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
It is a place where you have the freedom to chart your own course, but where the proximity of others is always palpable in the shared care for the earth and the quiet moments in between.
