The living room is bright and welcoming, with plenty of natural light, a comfortable couch and a large TV — a great place to unwind after a long day. There's also cupboard space available for your belongings.
The kitchen is generously sized and fully equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, fridge and freezer, oven and microwave. The dining table can be extended, making it perfect for hosting the occasional dinner with friends.
The duplex has two rooms, each with its own private bathroom. The only shared facility is the toilet.
Personal space
The bedroom occupies the entire second floor, giving you a real sense of privacy and space. You enter through the door at the bottom of the stairs, which leads up to your own private retreat.
The room is comfortably furnished with a double bed (140 cm), Large build in closet, a cosy chair and a desk — everything you need whether you're resting or getting some work done. The bedroom also has its own private bathroom with a shower and sink, so you'll have everything you need right on your floor.
The highlight of the room is undoubtedly the direct access to a large private terrace of 40 m², a rare find in the city. From midday onwards you'll enjoy the sun on the terrace throughout the year. In spring and summer, as the sun rises higher in the sky, a good portion of the terrace catches the light from the morning as well — making it a lovely spot for a slow breakfast outside.
As a little bonus, there are a few plants on the terrace that would appreciate some attention. No pressure at all, but if you have a green thumb, nurturing them back to their full glory could be a fun little project!
