Hi! I am looking for a female flatmate to share a cozy 3-bedroom apartment.
A little about me: I work in the public sector and have a background in the arts. Because my job can be quite busy, I really value peace, quiet, and a relaxed atmosphere to wind down at the end of the day. In my free time, I love traveling and discovering new food spots in Brussels, and engaging with local community initiatives, social justice. I am a native Dutch speaker, I speak English fluently, and I am eagerly working on improving my French!
About the apartment & location: The apartment is located in a bustling, lively neighborhood where pretty much everything is within walking distance, and there is always something new to discover. It is also ideally situated within easy walking distance of the metro station, offering great public transport connections to the rest of town.
The space: You will be sharing a 3-bedroom apartment with me, featuring a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine).
The rooms: There are currently 3 rooms available. The photos show the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen in their current condition, but please note: all rooms will be fully furnished before move-in!
Availability: From August 1st (a later move-in date can be discussed upon availability).
Rent: Between €500 and €575 per month (depending on the room), plus €100 fixed monthly costs. These costs are all-inclusive (wifi, water, gas, electricity, and insurance).
Who I am looking for:
A friendly, inclusive, and open-minded female flatmate (co-housing setup)

No farts

Personal space
Your private room will be fully furnished before move-in. It will include:
A comfortable double bed (140x200)
A bedside table
A simple wardrobe and a chest of drawers
A desk and desk chair
Depending on the room you choose (between €500 and €575), your space will have its own unique feel:
Option 1: Plenty of natural sunlight, facing the lively street side.
Option 2: Slightly less direct sunlight, facing a quieter part of the street side.
Option 3: Cozy, less direct sunlight, facing the very quiet backside of the building.
Whichever you prefer, you will have your own peaceful sanctuary while sharing the bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with me.
