The ground floor and the first floor are private and are used by the owner and her children (week-on-week co-parenting). Living together is done in a respectful manner, with attention to peace and quiet and everyone's privacy. This is not an intense cohabitation project, but rather quiet living side by side with occasional contact.
Personal space
You have the entire second floor at your disposal (±30 m²), consisting of three separate rooms and a private hallway: 1 bedroom 1 living area with kitchenette 1 extra room (office / bedroom / storage) The unit is simply and functionally furnished, with basic furniture. Modifications are negotiable. This is a practical living space; no luxury finish, but solid and quiet.
