A place with complete privacy for you (1 single person or with 1 young child), located in Sint-Jozef Londerzeel in an agricultural area. It is not possible to register your domicile here. It has been fully renovated and is located on the first floor of my house. There is plenty of space and lots of light (5 large Velux windows). And it is quiet here. Fully furnished: from bed, sofa and other furniture, to desk lamp, breadboard, vacuum cleaner, wine glasses, to the smallest coffee spoon... All inclusive, i.e. FURNISHED + INCLUDING gas, water, electricity and WIFI: €1018 (= €818 rent + €200 gas, water, electricity, wifi)
