This cozy house is located in Muizen, just a 2-minute bike ride from the station. The property is fully furnished and equipped with all necessary appliances. There are two separate toilets and a spacious bathroom with both a shower and a bathtub. Inside, there is also a practical storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and freezer, which additionally provides space to safely store bicycles. Additionally, there is a garden shed. I will be moving in myself in June and am looking for a housemate to share the home with, either immediately or at a later time. Apart from the private bedroom that is rented out, all other spaces are shared.
Personal space
The private area is located in the attic and is surprisingly spacious. There is enough room for a king-size bed, a desk, and possibly a separate seating area. I do not have the exact dimensions at hand at the moment, but I can certainly inquire about them if desired.
