The property is currently occupied by 3 boys and 1 girl under 25 and 1 person in their thirties. They are young, motivated people who are already working and can stand on their own two feet. There is a friendly and respectful atmosphere among them, with respect for each other's space.

Quiet, friendly atmosphere; everyone has their own space, but they do occasionally cook together. The garage is set up as a gym and they regularly work out together.
