I bought my apartment in Merchtem 4 years ago. It is located on the 3rd floor and is 108 m² in size with a south-facing terrace measuring 3m by 1m. The building is situated just outside the village center, has an elevator, and is shared with nice neighbors =D. The shared bathroom has two sinks, a shower, and a bathtub. The living room is a large, bright space with an open kitchen. My apartment is decorated in a fairly minimalist style; white walls with black accents, furnished with a bit of color here and there and a few plants.
Personal space
The second room is the space I can offer as a private area, which currently serves as an office. The room faces north and has a sloping roof along the street side, equipped with a Velux window with blackout blinds and a mosquito screen. The room will be furnished with 5 chests of drawers, each with 4 drawers, but will otherwise be unfurnished.

I have been living alone in my apartment for two years now, and I have noticed that, besides the financial downsides of living alone, I need someone to share my home with. I am willing to share my car (as long as it is still possible).
