The apartment is ideally located, right next to Melle station; accessibility is top-notch. The apartment is quite spacious, with a small balcony and lots of natural light. The room becoming available is also quite spacious and has plenty of natural light. The apartment features a modern bathroom, a spacious kitchen, 2 living areas, 2 bedrooms, a storage area with a washing machine and dryer, plus a spacious attic area for DIY projects or whatever else... There is a garage available that is currently used as a storage space, bicycle storage, etc., but parking is also possible on the driveway. You will share the apartment with me, Djelany, who works as a technical draftsman here in Melle. I am sociable, usually quiet, and always up for a good chat. However, I can just as easily keep myself occupied withdrawn. In my free time, I enjoy doing odd jobs such as renovating, building things, or gardening. I enjoy cycling or walking in nature, and I also love to cook. I am looking for (preferably) a working person with a caring, social, chill personality and mutual respect.
