Something more about your co-residents

You will be living with Malou and myself (Eef), who have been living here for a while now. We are both busy bees and always occupied with something, ranging from reading a good book and working out to crafting and yoga. We both love a packed schedule, but like to keep some time free to do something with our housemates.

We strive to maintain a pleasant and friendly atmosphere in the house. We try to communicate openly as much as possible to avoid difficulties. Everyone can be themselves here, provided they show respect for the other residents. We enjoy having a cup of tea together, or love a spontaneous joint cooking session and a nice chat.

Additional information about price or contract

There are 2 rooms available. The rent for the smaller room is 335 euros, while for the other it is 355 euros. Monthly costs amount to approximately 165 euros. At our home, we do not have a 3-month notice period. If you would like to move, you are responsible for finding a replacement for your room. Once this is arranged, you can move, also within the 3 months.
