In a green oasis of silence and tranquility, we offer a three-room living unit with a private kitchen in our immense house. Who are we? We are 6 people (aged between approximately 20 and 60) living together in a large building about 6 km from Leuven. Each of us has our own living unit with plenty of privacy, and we share a garden. We are living in the building while awaiting a full renovation; this means we can only live there temporarily (presumably for another approximately 2 years). Registration of domiciliation is not possible. Since one of our residents is leaving, there is now a space immediately available for one person. The monthly rent is approximately €320. Another living unit may become available in the coming months. You can also apply for this. Who are we looking for? We are looking for a quiet person with an ecological lifestyle for whom connection and respect are a matter of course. Some things we consider important in this regard: - Non-smoker, non-drinker - Carefulness towards the whole household - In principle, no pets - Cable internet Does this appeal to you?
