LOCATION 📍: Prime location within a 10-minute walk of Leuven station, near Hal 5, where it is always a pleasant place to be. 10-minute bike ride to the Oude Markt. HOUSE🏡: Spacious living room, fully equipped, spacious kitchen and dining room, large garden with BBQ and cherry tree and with great potential for vegetable gardening (ideal if you have a green thumb), toilet on the ground floor, bathroom with toilet, bathtub, shower and sinks, and new washing machine & dryer (on the 1st floor), storage in the attic, garage for storing bicycles. ROOMS 🛏️: Cozy, spacious room (approx. 18m² with sloping ceilings) located on the 2nd floor. Unfurnished (the bed and desk can be taken over). PRICE 💰: €415 per month: internet, gas, electricity, and water are included in the price! HOUSEMATES👩👨👨👨: Lina is the creative brain of the cohousing. She loves good food, traveling, and watching Netflix. Victor uses his IT skills at the government. He enjoys cooking, cycling, and running, and plays improvisational theater. Guido is pursuing a doctorate in sociology. In addition, he loves playing the piano, running, and regularly volunteers behind the neighborhood bar at Hal 5. Matthieu organizes medical repatriations and also works occasionally as an interpreter. He loves cycling and playing the piano. We enjoy a chat, have a game night or something similar every now and then, but everyone is free to do their own thing. We have a cleaning plan and always keep the common areas tidy. Who are we looking for? A nice housemate of about the same age (~25-30), non-smoker, and willing to help keep the common areas clean. The room becomes available from mid-June, and you are required to stay for at least a year. Registration of domicile is mandatory here, so we would prefer someone who is working or pursuing a doctorate. Pets are not allowed (due to allergies). Domicile (making this your official address) is required here, so we are looking for someone who is working or a PhD student.

Pets are not allowed (because of allergies), but some very cute cats from the neighbors regularly visit our garden ;).
