💫 Who are we looking for? Starting February 1st, we have room for one new housemate, male or female, preferably 40+. Someone who: Is independent, mature, and financially stable. Lives consciously and is open to personal development. Communicates respectfully and clearly, even when opinions differ. Finds cleanliness, peace, and clear agreements to be a matter of course. Enjoys living together but also has their own life and interests. Treats the house, nature, animals, and other residents with care. Has a positive outlook on life and takes responsibility for their own well-being. Whether you are an employee, entrepreneur, self-employed, or actively retired, your profession is not the determining factor. Your attitude and lifestyle are. Having a green thumb or handy hands is an added bonus! We are not looking for a perfect person. We are looking for someone with self-awareness, emotional maturity, and respect for shared spaces. Smokers, people who use drugs, or drink excessive alcohol are not welcome here. 🌟 More than just a home? Are you a self-employed entrepreneur and do you organize workshops, sessions, or retreats? Then we would be happy to discuss the possibilities the house might offer, provided clear agreements are made. There is also a no-obligation option to provide paid support to my daughter Kimya via an official system. This is entirely optional and separate from the rental agreement.

I am Cindy, entrepreneur, consciousness and High Frequency Sales™ mentor, and mother. Since 2022, I have been building this special place into a home where peace, consciousness, and personal freedom come together. My daughter Kimya (25), who has an intellectual disability, stays here for two weeks a month. During the day, she attends a day center. She brings her own warmth, gentleness, and spontaneity into the house. Dirk (65) is our other housemate. He works as a SAS programmer partly at the office and partly from home, is socially engaged, environmentally conscious, and very active as a volunteer. We each have our own lives, our own activities, and our own rhythm. We enjoy pleasant conversations, a warm atmosphere, and spontaneous encounters, but we equally respect each other's need for privacy. You don't have to be together constantly here. Above all, you are allowed to be yourself.

The cohousing contract runs until June 30, 2027, and will then be extended by 1 year. The goal is preferably to find someone who will stay for at least 1 year.
