This spacious home has been fully renovated, while preserving authentic elements. It features beautiful, high ceilings and plenty of natural light. There is a shared kitchen, terrace, bathroom, bicycle storage, TV room, and storage unit. The rental period can be agreed upon mutually, although a minimum one-year contract is slightly preferred. You pay an additional 150 euros for the cleaning lady, internet, and electricity, gas, and water, on top of the room rent. Excess utility consumption will be charged. Nathalie lives in the penthouse on the second floor with a small dog. No additional pets are allowed, unless agreed upon in consultation.
Personal space
Just like the entire house, the private space is already furnished. Fully move-in ready. If you already have your own furniture, that can certainly be discussed. Two rooms are becoming available on the first floor. The price for the smaller room is 500 and for the larger one 550. The entire floor (the two rooms) can potentially be rented together for even more privacy.
