You will live in a spacious home in a quiet and green area in Kessel-Lo, together with me as the owner-occupier and a maximum of 2 other housemates. We share a kitchen, living room, bathroom, and a large conservatory. A washing machine is available, and there is ample space in the garage for bicycles and storage. The common areas will be refreshed and handed over in a tidy condition before you move in. Leuven station is about a 10-minute bike ride away. By bus, the journey takes about 20 minutes. We value respectful coexistence, peace and quiet, and clear agreements regarding cleaning.
Personal space
This furnished private room features a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The room will be painted and delivered clean before occupancy. The rental price is €595 per month, plus a €100 advance payment for electricity. Wi-Fi is included. Water and heating are billed separately according to the terms of the rental agreement. Available from October 1, 2026, for a period of one year. This unfurnished private room will be completely repainted and delivered clean before occupancy. You can therefore furnish the room entirely to your own taste. The rental price is €575 per month, plus a €100 advance payment for electricity. Wi-Fi is included.
