On the ground floor, there is a large, shared living room and a sun-drenched kitchen. Furthermore, we share a bathroom, two toilets, an extra shower, a cellar, and an insulated attic. We also have a nice little garden where you are free to plant strawberries or other tasty treats (unfortunately, the slugs often beat us to it, preventing us from enjoying the harvest). Our house is located in a residential neighborhood, a 10-minute walk from Leuven station, with parks, shops, a market on Wednesdays, a sports center, and Hal5 nearby.
Personal space
The room becoming available is located on the second floor of a terraced house in Kessel-Lo and is approximately 12m² in size. The rent is 452 euros including costs (water, electricity, heating, insurance).
What can you expect in terms of cleanliness?
A cozy space with some clutter every now and then.
