Room for rent in a clean and quietly located communal house (recently renovated) with a garden and three bedrooms. Very quietly situated in a green environment, close to Leuven station (5 minutes by bike), shops, supermarkets, hospitals, public transport, a beautiful large park with a Finnish track, sports facilities, motorway, connecting roads, Leuven city centre, .... Ground floor: hall with toilet and cloakroom; living room with seating area, dining area, fully equipped kitchen with all appliances (tensioner, toaster, oven, microwave, stove, mixer, food processor, air fryer, ...), cutlery, crockery, pots, pans, ...; laundry room with plenty of storage space, freezer, extra fridge, washing machine, drying racks, garage: bicycle storage, cozy garden with terrace, garden furniture and parasol. 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (private) and bathroom (shared) with toilet, bath, shower, double sink. 2nd floor: attic: storage space. Wireless internet available throughout. Wanted: male/female, non-smoker, no pets. It is possible to rent for both short periods (min. 2 months) and longer periods (per month). There is a contract between tenant and landlord. The security deposit is 2x the monthly rent. Domicile registration (address registration) is not possible. No mandatory communal activities. These can always be done on your own initiative. There is always parking available nearby; no resident parking permit is required.
Personal space
The room (7 m²) is furnished with a single bed with mattress, desk, chest of drawers, bookcase, shelves, open wardrobe, notice board, bedside table, mosquito screen, blackout roller blind, and sun protection. Duvet, pillow, sheets, mattress protector, mattress, bedding, etc. are provided. An extra cupboard is available in the stairwell. Non-smokers only. No pets.
