We are looking for people who want to live here for the long term and truly feel at home. We mainly speak Dutch with each other, so it is nice if you have a good command of the language. It is a must that you are a dog lover, because Isra is part of the house. Unfortunately, we cannot welcome any other animals. Are you interested? 🥒 Mark (34) is a true gentleman and super caring. He is in charge of our vegetable garden, where peppers, tomatoes, and snack cucumbers, among other things, grow. But he doesn't do it alone: everything that is sown is done in consultation. So, the most important question for you: what is your favorite vegetable? 🌳 Thomas (41) is a nature lover who can be found in his natural habitat: hiking in the mountains, in a meadow with binoculars, in the Ardennes with his fly fishing rod, or, in his purest form, stretched out in the grass after a vigorous sauna. In addition, he is a handy and sociable guy who is always up for a small job or a chat. 📸 Tom (50) is our house photographer and the owner of Isra, our energetic puppy of almost three years old. He is a calm and relaxed housemate who is always ready to help. Thanks to Tom, our house is a real home: he installed a parasol, has the best garden chair, and loves inviting you for a cozy BBQ in the garden.

These things we like to do togther

Our co-house has a social yet peaceful atmosphere. In the living room, we live together: occasionally sharing a meal, chatting, watching a movie or series, playing a game, or simply being close to each other. At the same time, there's complete respect for privacy and me-time in the private rooms. There's an open and respectful atmosphere where everyone can be themselves and interact naturally. We feel a sense of community and take shared responsibility for the shared spaces. Initiative and ideas for making the house more cozy or practical are certainly encouraged.

Additional information about price or contract

The rent and common costs (water, gas, electricity, internet + TV, cleaning, insurance, etc.) are divided fairly. You pay €580 per month into our joint account. There's also a one-time deposit (equivalent to three months' rent) and an administrative fee for amending the lease. You will be officially added to the lease via an addendum. A registered address is required.
