The house is situated in a quiet, wooded area in Holsbeek, approximately 15 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike or bus from Leuven. You will share the house with two quiet housemates and two friendly male cats (Zeno and Ficus). We value a respectful, pleasant atmosphere, with room for everyone's privacy and open communication. The common areas consist of a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, two bathrooms (one with a shower and one with a bath), two separate toilets, a garage, a spacious terrace, and a large garden with a vegetable patch and various fruit trees. The house is ideal for those who enjoy peace, nature, and outdoor space.
Personal space
You have a spacious private area consisting of three separate rooms: a bedroom, a private desk (ideal for studying or working from home), and a separate dressing room that can also be perfectly used as a hobby, reading, or relaxation area. You therefore get significantly more private space than in a traditional cohousing, allowing you to live comfortably as well as work or study from home.
