Looking for a lovely cohousing close to Brussels and nature? At Hoeilaart House, you live just a five-minute walk from the beautiful Sonian Forest. You share a spacious kitchen, cozy living and dining areas, a TV room, and a garden. Parking spaces, storage space, a washing machine, and a dryer are also available. A weekly cleaner and a gardener help maintain the common areas and the garden. We believe it is important that everyone feels at home, is considerate of one another, and helps take care of a tidy and pleasant home.

Room 4 will become available from December 1st: a spacious private room where you can retreat in peace, with all the benefits of living together. You have a view of the spacious garden, and you share the bathroom with only one other resident. The rent is €710 per month, including energy costs, water, internet, Netflix, and shared services. This way, you know exactly what to expect each month!
