The apartment is located on the third floor of a quiet building in Heverlee, close to Arenberg Park and the Dijle Path. The surroundings are green and peaceful, yet easily accessible: the bus stop is right outside the door, Heverlee station is about a 15-minute walk away, and Leuven city centre can be reached by bike in about 15 minutes. The apartment is 99 m² in size and features a cozy living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a small balcony, a storage room with a washing machine and dryer, and a garage where you can park your car or bicycles. There is also an extra room currently furnished as a communal office. The common areas are comfortably furnished and offer space to cook, eat, or simply relax at home together. We enjoy creating a homey atmosphere. At the same time, we find it important that everyone maintains their own rhythm and privacy.

The available room is a furnished bedroom with a view of the green surroundings at the back of the building. The room features a bed with mattress, a bedside table, and a small wardrobe. Those who prefer to use their own furniture can, of course, furnish the room themselves.
