These things we like to do togther

This unique cohousing is looking for a new generation of residents. After several wonderful years, various housemates are embarking on new paths. This means that several rooms will soon become available in a warm cohousing where community living is central, but where everyone also has sufficient space for themselves. We are not looking for passers-by, but people who consciously choose cohousing. People who enjoy helping to build a stable, pleasant place to live. People who take initiative when necessary, communicate clearly, and take care of the place where they live.

What makes this place special is that there has been years of experience and knowledge regarding how the house functions. New residents receive a clear overview of: the monthly costs; the actual energy and water consumption; practical agreements that have proven their worth; contact details and agreements regarding maintenance and repairs. So, no surprises, but a transparent start where you know exactly where you stand. It is a 3-6-9 tenancy contract that can be taken over from the current tenants. The owner of the house is accessible, reasonable, and helpful when necessary. Over the years, a constructive collaboration has developed in which mutual respect and open communication are central. That is why we are looking for residents who want to continue this positive atmosphere and help ensure a sustainable long-term story.
