On the fourth floor of our apartment building, you will find your own attic space. Here, you have your own lovely, quiet spot, but you combine this with all the benefits of living together with others. The ground-floor apartment is the beating heart of our co-house. Here, we are happy to share the common areas with you: the kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room are located on the ground floor and are for shared use. Additionally, the ground-floor apartment has a large terrace that you are welcome to use. In the summer, we regularly fire up the barbecue together here. You will be living with Jessica (33), Salvatore (35), and our corgi Marnie. We consider a relaxed atmosphere very important: a nice balance between having a chat or eating together whenever it suits you, and respect for each other's privacy and personal space. SURROUNDINGS: Located a 10-minute walk from Hasselt city center. Train and bus station at 1 km. Everything you need is just a few minutes' walk away: bakery, newsagent, supermarkets (Spar, Carrefour, Aldi, Turkish supermarket), laundromats, chip shop, kebab shop, pizza place, hair salon, fish shop, ... TERM: Immediately available. We always start with a six-month trial contract. By mutual agreement, this can certainly be extended. PRICE: 550 rent + 100 fixed costs (all-in). MORE INFO OR INTERESTED? Personal space

The private attic space is located on the fourth floor of an apartment building in Runkst (Hasselt). It is divided into two spacious and fully move-in ready sections, fully equipped: including furniture, appliances, crockery, and the option to use the washing machine (on the ground floor). Layout & amenities: - Hallway and two rooms (furnished as a cozy living space and a separate bedroom) - Both rooms are equipped with a cold water sink - Separate storage room equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, and air fryer - Separate private toilet You can easily reach the fourth floor by elevator (or stairs) to the third floor, after which you take one more flight of stairs up. Important: - The attic space is entirely for you alone, allowing you to enjoy your peace and privacy to the fullest. - There is no kitchen or bathroom on the attic floor itself. You share the kitchen and bathroom with us (Jessica & Salvatore) in the ground-floor apartment. - Suitable for 1 person only (no couples). - Pets are not allowed (with the exception of our own dog on the ground floor).
