We live in a charming old rectory in the village center of Hansbeke. Within walking distance, you will find a dreamy green landscape, and the train station is just a 3-minute walk away (15 minutes to Ghent 🚆). There is a small supermarket right next door. The home features: • A large garden with herbs, trees, a vegetable garden, and a greenhouse • A shared kitchen • A cozy living room • An entrance hall with a washing machine • A shared bathroom • Additional space available (attic or garden shed) for those in need of hobby or storage space • Parking space We are looking for someone who enjoys cooking and chatting together in the kitchen, but who also appreciates the peace and quiet and the village atmosphere. The room is available from March and has no fixed end date. In the long term, there is also room to think further together about the future of the cohousing (to be discussed), as some of the residents will be moving out soon.
