On the ground floor, you have the entrance hall and a separate toilet. When you enter through the hallway door, you arrive in the living room and dining room. Furthermore, there is a spacious kitchen that is fully equipped, but there is naturally still room for extra cooking utensils. There is also a separate laundry room / storage area where an extra refrigerator is located. The basement still needs to be worked on and is therefore currently unusable. You can also access the garden via the kitchen. I still have some work to do here, but people with green fingers are certainly welcome! I recently installed an Intex swimming pool as well. I haven't regretted it yet! On the first floor, you have the recently renovated bathroom. It is a bit small, but easy to maintain. Next to the bathroom, there is another room currently used as a dressing room and gym. Unfortunately, my personal wardrobe isn't that big, so even here you have 1.5 million pax of closet space available. You are, of course, also welcome to use the sports equipment, but I am considering selling it since I will be working out regularly. My bedroom is also on the same floor. And then on the 2nd floor is the open attic room, which is entirely at the disposal of the co-houser!
Personal space
For the time being, this space is completely empty, but it is still possible to negotiate that I install a Pax wardrobe here under the roof level to provide more closet space. The room is equipped with a pellet stove, and air conditioning will also be present.
