There is still enough space left to install a desk or small table if desired. The room faces the street but overlooks a beautiful pine tree, which also offers a bit more privacy. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to the Gentbrugse Meersen, yet within pleasant cycling distance of the center. Good train, tram, and bus connections, as well as supermarkets, are within walking distance.
