The house is located in Ghent Muide, close to Dok Noord and with easy access to the city center and the R4. The ground floor features a spacious living room, dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a new microwave, oven, and induction hob. Furthermore, the house is equipped with solar-powered electricity, home automation, and an oil boiler for heating the ground floor.
Personal space
The room is painted and equipped with an ASHP (air source heat pump). There is a desk and wardrobe; further furniture can be provided if desired (to be agreed upon). The room faces north on the second floor and is a very bright space thanks to the Velux window. The bathroom is adjacent and features a toilet, shower, and sink. For these spaces, we ask €550/month + €50/month for additional costs such as Wi-Fi, electricity, and water.
What can you expect in terms of cleanliness?
