We're looking for a new female housemate to join our shared house in Gent (Lucas De Heerestraat area). A lovely, bright room is opening up from 1 September 2026.
No students.
Who we're hoping to find:
A female housemate (28+) preferably someone who is already working..
We're an international, respectful household and we care about keeping our home mentally and physically comfortable for everyone. We'd love to find someone who is:

You will be joining a co-housing community of three female tenants in their 30s: a medical-coder, an architect and a researcher.
Our home & shared cleaning In our house, we share responsibility for keeping the common areas clean — we have a simple weekly cleaning routine that everyone takes part in, so the home stays comfortable for all of us.
The essentials:
📍 Location: Gent, Lucas De Heerestraat area
💶 Rent: €448/month + €100 monthly expenses. €896 deposit
📅 Available from: 1 September 2026
⏳ Minimum stay: 1 year preferred
🛏️ Furnished room in a 4-person house:
- 1 studio on the ground floor (lives independently)
- 3 rooms sharing an apartment
🚿 Shared: kitchen, bathroom, living area
Payment slips / proof of income:
As this is a shared home with shared costs, we'll ask shortlisted applicants to provide recent payment slips / proof of income before we meet up. Please have these ready if you'd like to be considered.
If you are studying for a PhD, you can provide proof of your contract with the university and your scholarship
