You will find our cozy cohousing close to Fluweelpark and the Bourgoyen. The home is located in a quiet, low-traffic neighborhood, and you can reach the center of Ghent in just 10 to 15 minutes by bike. Furthermore, you can park for free on the street. You will be living with Berbe (30) and Hanne (30), two social and sporty housemates. We enjoy doing things together occasionally, but we attach just as much importance to each other's privacy and personal space. Additionally, we like to keep our house tidy and pleasant for everyone. Rudi, our ginger and particularly cuddly cat, is also part of the household. The home features a shared living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a cozy, south-facing courtyard. Furthermore, all necessary amenities are present, such as a TV, internet, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer.
Personal space
You get a spacious room with plenty of natural light and a private small terrace. A desk is already provided, and there is also the option to rent or purchase the bed (1.40m).
