The apartment is located in Wondelgem and is a 15-minute bike ride from Gent-Dampoort station (and 5 minutes from Wondelgem station). Before you know it, you'll be right in the city center by bike (Gravensteen is 15 minutes away) via a smooth and scenic cycle path. There are numerous shops nearby and a parking space is provided (and in any case, more than enough free parking right outside the door). There is an entrance hall with a separate toilet and access to the garden. The grass has been sown, just a little patience! On the first floor, there is a spacious kitchen and living area with access to two terraces (front and back) and a shared office space overlooking the rear terrace. Furthermore, there is a hallway containing two bedrooms separated by a second toilet, a utility room (washing machine, dryer, fancy Dyson vacuum cleaner), and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. As mentioned: it is a new-build apartment. Read: energy-efficient. As mentioned before: there is underfloor heating (so just toss those embarrassing slippers in the bin! Figuratively speaking: you wear what you want, of course).
