We are looking for someone who

This co-house is intended for people (no students, no short-term stays) who consciously choose to live together for the long term (standard residential tenancy contract). We want to create a quiet, stable, and pleasant living environment where respect for privacy, open communication, order and cleanliness, and shared responsibility are central. Together, you form “the residents' group”. We are looking for people who love connection and a certain level of organization. We dream of an intergenerational residents' group; we have so much to learn from each other, with diverse ages mixed together. You live together with people of different ages and backgrounds who consciously choose cohousing: everyone has their own room and privacy, but there is also room for meeting up, a spontaneous conversation in the kitchen, eating together, a game night, or simply enjoying the garden.

Living together in Zebra House 🦓 Zebra House is more than just a place to live. It is a warm co-house where independence and connection go hand in hand. The atmosphere we aim to create is open, respectful, and homey. We do not expect everyone to become best friends, but we do expect residents to know and greet each other, be considerate of one another, and contribute to a pleasant living environment. In Zebra House, there is room for initiative. Do you feel like organizing an activity occasionally, cooking together, or developing an idea? We are happy to encourage that. At the same time, there is plenty of room to withdraw whenever you feel the need. We are looking for people who are not just looking for a room, but who are also consciously choosing a shared living story in which order, structure, respect, sustainability, responsibility, and human contact take center stage.
