The room is conveniently located near Visserij and Lousbergkaai, and within walking distance of Gent-Dampoort station. By bike, you can reach the city center in less than 10 minutes; it is also easily accessible by car via the Ghent ring road. The room features a private sink and shower and is fully furnished with a double bed, sofa, built-in desk, TV cabinet, mirror, and wardrobe. The property is shared with three other housemates (currently 2 F & 1 M) aged 24-25 working in Ghent. There is a nice co-house atmosphere with moments together, but certainly also opportunities to do your own thing. The common areas consist of a spacious kitchen and living room. Additionally, there is a large bathroom with a toilet, walk-in shower, and bathtub, as well as an extra separate toilet. A washing machine and dryer are also available.
