The house was renovated three years ago (see solar panels, underfloor heating, and heat pump) and features a spacious living room, a modern kitchen (incl. dishwasher), a laundry room (incl. washing machine and dryer), a large bathroom (incl. walk-in shower and bathtub), and a cozy terrace where you can enjoy the sun in the summer.
Personal space
The room is located on the first floor of a large, charming house and consists of a sleeping area (13.8 square meters) and a private office/dressing room (8.8 square meters). The bedroom is situated at the back of the house overlooking greenery, while the office/dressing room faces the street and receives plenty of sunlight. Both spaces are equipped with both heating and air conditioning systems.
If interested, some furniture can be purchased (bed + mattress, wardrobe, desk + office chair).

- An open-minded and quiet person who wants to share a nice chat, coffee, or a spontaneous tarot reading every now and then 🔮.
- Someone who respects others' work rhythm, peace, and privacy, and who values open communication.
- No cat allergies.
Nice to have, but not essential:
- Queer is welcome here.
- You will be joining a vegetarian household, so please keep this in mind if you wish to cook together.
- The other housemates are sober, so they appreciate someone who can handle this respectfully.

👯 Who will you live with?
Nina (30) is a non-binary, neurospicy yoga teacher and also sometimes works at Rokko (alongside a 9-to-5 job for the federal government). Nina loves open communication, their cat Darwin (king of this house), sports, and reading in the sun.
Mona (almost 30) is a neurospicy psychologist who fills her days with work and sports, but also loves preparing a curry or lasagna for an entire army in the kitchen (yum!). Mona loves coffee, reading, Muay Thai, and her boyfriend Arne.
Darwin (5) is a sweet, quiet, and sometimes capricious tomcat who loves attention but not too much noise. He likes playing outside during the day and lies next to you on the sofa in the evening, purring with lots of love.

- Joint responsibility for cleaning the common areas is expected.
- Cooking together and/or doing laundry (or preferably separately) can be discussed mutually.
