👩🏫 You will share the home with me: a 34-year-old woman, PE teacher, swimming instructor, bilingual (French/Dutch).
I enjoy cooking occasionally, having a cup of coffee or tea, and respecting everyone's privacy — but I also like doing something fun together from time to time.
🧸 During the week, my two young children (1 and 2 years old) are present 4 days a week (alternating mornings and evenings).
They go to bed early and are quiet. It can only get a bit livelier in the house around dinnertime (6 pm–8:30 pm).
💶 All-inclusive rent: €600
💡 Electricity, gas, water, cleaning, paper, trash, laundry & cleaning products + occasional hot meals included 😉.
Non-smoker (or only smokes outside)
No pets.

👩🏫 Tu partageras la maison avec moi : femme de 34 ans, professeure, sportive et bilingue (Français/Néerlandais).
J'aime cuisiner, partager un café ou un thé, all the way and respectant la vie privatee de chacun. Je suis ouverte à des moments conviviaux ensemble.
🧸 En semaine, me deux jeunes enfants sont presenten quatre jours, selon un horaire variable (matin ou soir).
It's okay until it's very calm. The ambiance is a pleasant atmosphere during dinner (starting between 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.), but the general rest of the house can be enjoyed.
